PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is required before each course. Early bird rates and other discounts will only apply for payments received by the designated date for each respective course, otherwise standard rates apply. Only one association discount applies per person. Once payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to you. Please bring this with you on the day of the course.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Substitutions are welcome at any time and do not incur additional charges. Please notify us of any changes in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). If notified of a cancellation in writing up to 7 working days prior to the seminar, we will issue a credit note for the value of the registration, less $50 (incl. GST) service charge. The credit note must be used within one year of its issue at a similar seminar run by Kite Events & Conferences. If cancellation is notified between 7 working days and the event date, a refund/credit note will not be issued. Where the event is cancelled by Kite and is not rescheduled for a later date, a full refund will be issued.
