Terms & Conditions for Seminar Attendees

We have additional terms and conditions if you have registered to attend an event developed and organised by Kite Grop Pty Ltd T/as Kite Events & Conferences. These terms are also disclosed on your registration form. If you have registered to attend one of our events, it is taken that you have read and accept our terms and policies.

Payment policy

Payment is required before each course. Early bird rates and other discounts will only apply for payments received by the designated date for each respective course, otherwise standard rates apply. Once payment is received, a confirmation will be sent to you. Please bring this with you on the day of the course.

Cancellation policy

Substitutions are welcome at any time and do not incur additional charges. Please notify us of any changes in writing (letter, fax or e-mail). If notified of a cancellation in writing up to 7 working days prior to the seminar, we will issue a credit note for the value of the registration, less $50 (incl. GST) service charge. The credit note must be used within one year of its issue at a similar seminar run by Kite Events & Conferences. If cancellation is notified between 7 working days and the event date, a refund/credit note will not be issued. Where the event is cancelled by Kite and is not rescheduled for a later date, a full refund will be issued.

Kite Events & Conferences has taken due care in selecting qualified professionals as its authors and course facilitators. The information provided by course facilitators in not produced by Kite Events & Conferences and should not be regarded as advice. We accept no responsibility for reliance on such information and recommend that clients seek further advice.

All care has been taken to ensure that this program published is correct at the time of publication. However, Kite Events & Conferences reserves the right to alter the program and speakers prior to the event. Changes will be reflected on our website www.kiteservices.com.au.

Conditions of booking & privacy of details provided when attending a Kite event

The information you provide on this form is being collected for Kite Group Pty Ltd trading as Kite Events & Conferences (“Kite”) and will be used for processing registrations, payments and keeping you up to date on relevant products and services. It may be shared with this event’s sponsor or partner to promote similar products or services. Our seminar facilitators will receive a list of attendees. CPD Points

If you are a member of a professional body, you may be eligible to claim CPD points for attending Kite seminars. A personalised certificate of attendance, including the number of CPD hours will be issued to you.
