Why should you attend this seminar? Because your business IS a CASH FLOW business
No matter what product or service you provide within the Building & Construction industry, you need cash.
You may have even been the unfortunate victim of your payment being held up on a large project where you had invested a lot of resources into. Luckily, you have the LAW on your side.
Called the Security of Payments Act in NSW or the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act (BCIPA) in QLD, it helps you claim for money rightfully owing to you if you are a:
- Contractor working for a Principal/Developer
- Subcontractors appointed by a contractor
- Suppliers against purchasing customers
- Lenders of plant & equipment
- Consultants
What will be achieved in this systematic workshop?
- Correct procedures you need to ensure your claim is heard fairly
- Best format for your claim and who can make this
- What the adjudication process is and how to challenge it
- Common pitfalls and consequences
What is included for your investment?
- Comprehensive workbook including important templates
- Easy reference copy of the legislation
- Certificate of attendance
